The gentleman from the reception who checked us in should be more hospitality and approachable. He did nt acknowledge us that there are construction going on right in front of our room. The noise in the morning it’s kind of annoying. Apart of that they have amazing Bellman Samuel that really carry hospitality in his soul and very cooperative. Hotel room are very huge and affordable, with complete amenities and soft bed as we liked. The building are near the Metro station became one of the strong reason we chose this hotel. They were very lucky to be surrounded by a lot of store which some of them are 24 hours. Will come back again someday for sure because of the room and Samuel.

The front desk gave us a very inappropriate joke that shouldn't be told to anyone (please have your staff undergo training). The shower has the same temperature, the cold feature has no use at all. We haven't taken a decent bath due to the water temp. And amongst all the hotels that we visited, this is the only hotel that kept our ID's, and if we insist to get it, they'll ask for a deposit fee of AED 200.
