Getting a hotel in the Emirates is easy, but getting one that cares for your every need is key. The staffs, the breakfast , the house keepers , the front desk and the manager makes your stay easy .strategically located and neat. Taxis at your finger tips and a walk away from restaurants ,shops and the metro station. My stay here is awesome .

My wife and I stayed here and it was a pleasant experience. Staff is courteous, Francis at reception is cheerful and welcoming. SP, Tulsi and their team at restaurant give their best to ensure that the guests are served well. We are vegetarian and SP and other team mates ensure that we get good Indian vegetarian food everyday. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a close by department store Al-Maya in case something needs to be bought. We used to go there to buy flavored water bottles for our journeys. The metro station is also near by. Overall a good experience !

I regret that I chose this hotel online and stayed for 2 nights. We could not do a refund due to it was not refundable.
I had a very bad experience when I stayed.
We were not treated right by the filipino receptionists. I am aware of hotel policies but accepting visitor (my bestfriend) in the room put me into embarassment. They took my attention when I received a call from the reception saying directly "how many person in the room?" arrogantly. That filipina is very rude! Same as the filipino guy who talked to me using tagalog without even giving a good address to the guest.
I'm really annoyed and disappointed.

It’s been a decade since I stayed in such a horrible dirty run down hotel like this. If I could give it a negative rating I would give it a negative 5. The staff was rude. They make you feel like your a street bum or a low life when you check in. They confíscate your ID which I haven’t had happen since 30 years ago at a 2 star hotel or hostel in Europe. How they get away with a four star rating is beyond me. It’s a 2 star if that. The bed was horrible. Old springs low to the ground. The wall paper is dirty dingy, bubbling and peeling off the wall. Thr carpet was stained. The room smelled ancient with a cheap deodorizer to try to mask it. The drapes are from the 50’s. The furnishings are run down scratched and dirty. The tv reception on half the channels was fuzzy. I upgraded when I booked so I thought I’d get a little better room. I can’t fathom what the lower priced room looked like. And in fact it was so bad I checked out after 2 hours got my ID back and went to the holiday inn a block away. Do not stay at this hotel. Do not stay at this hotel I repeat. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Positive
Location is good, close to AL Riggs metro station with a lot of budget eateries
The room we got was Hughe, and the washroom had a tub

Negatives
There are too many to count....
Which hotel takes your passport in check inn and refunds it only when you check out, else you pay them a security
The hotel is a favorite for budget tour groups and hence better to avoid for sure. We had wait for 30 mins just to have breakfast, as it was full, a first for me.
The staff appear in a hurry and are not warm at all
Good luck trying to sleep as there are about 2 night clubs in the premises and the music is deafening...

Suggest to avoid. Spread the news....
