The best hotel I ve ever stayed in Dubai. The rooms are great -your having a marble bath in a std room, breakfast is better than in other jumeirah property hotels- staff for breakfast are so fast to remove plates and ready tO help. Spa is beautiful with turkish bath and snow room jacuzzi snd saunas . Lobby you enjoy just walking there you feel the luxury Executive lounge is amazing very private with excellent service, it s the hotel you may fall in love from the first sight.

Love this place. Stayed here a couple of times now and on this visit, once we had moved rooms due to a particularly noisy TV next door, we had a great time. The room was gorgeous - massive and with a lovely bathroom and a view of the sea. The facilities are top end and the buffet breakfast was excellent - and you get a great view of some colourful and cosmopolitan characters as well as the slightly OTT architecture. In terms of services, its typically Dubai - when good, its good but with a wafer thin veneer - it took three attempts to get a coffee on both days in the breakfast - the man didn’t understand the issue with the noise next door - but those issues will hopefully be ironed out as the hotel continues to be established. It’s pricey and there are probably better all-round options in dubai (look at the royal mirage / madinat as examples of these- but its great for a couple of nights of luxury….and the Indian restaurant is superb - and does a fixed price a la carte - don’t forget to book this in advance though.

Our family initially thought of staying at the Atlantis but we decided to stay here instead to avoid the hustle & bustle at the Atlantis. From the moment we step out of the taxi, the staffs were all very friendly. We received a complimentary upgrade for our suite room to a Royal Villa upon check in which brought a big smile to all our family. The hotel itself has a very unique interior & is featured in the movie Mission Impossible 3. The facilities such as the spa, gym, beach & pool was also very good & well maintained. We also would like to thank Stefan for his very kind & professional service at the Club Lounge. The only bad experience we had was being rejected from entering one of its restaurant because my father was wearing a knee-pants, despite him still wearing short sleeve shirt & shoes. The waiter required semi-formal clothing despite us explaining that we are guests at the hotel.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are ever thinking of staying at The Palm

From a pool villa you can literally step from your living into the pool which is the biggest I have ever seen (they say it is the biggest in the ME) with all the comforts of any top hotel in the world and every piece of modern technology you can think of.
The villas all beautifully done with two huge sun terraces and with the butler service get you everything you want and unlike this part of the world they are not over servile and they just appear when you want them.
Hardly stepped inside the main hotel but when you do it is a seriously impressive building.
The best way I can describe the pool villas in the Burj Al Arab on steroids and if that is 7stars then this is 8 stars.
Incredible

Room Tip: try and get a villa

I don't know if I can express myself well about this hotel. Starting from the reservation, everyone is very professional and helpful. I told them that I have a 3 year old son and wanted a baby cot in the room and when we arrived at the hotel, everything was ready and perfect. They welcomed us with hot towels and orange juices and then directed us to our room which is very large with two big beds. Beds were extremely comfortable. The room had a balcony where you can enjoy the sea view. Air conditioner worked very well. They used Vakko for accessories which is a premium brand in Turkey. The bathroom was very big and it had almost a hamam inside. The hotel is built in the concept of a palace (Saray means Palace in Turkish), it was originally built by a Turkish hotel chain and then Jumeirah group bought it therefore you can see and enjoy Turkish atmosphere everywhere. The beach and sand is excellent. There are free toys for your child to play in the beach which saves you a lot of place in your luggage. There is also a playground where our son really enjoyed playing, small but enough. Children pool was ok as well. The main restaurant which is open buffet is Imperium. You don't have many choices however they are good in general. The only point that I would criticize is the number of waiters in the restaurant which I think is not enough. You ask for something and wait for 15 minutes which should not be the case in a hotel like this. We had our dinner twice in Lalezar restaurant which is again Turkish and the kebab you have there is even better than some you might have in Istanbul. The Indian restaurant Amala is also very good. Inside the hotel, you feel like you are walking in a palace. Overall, it is a very convinent hotel for holiday especially if you have children.

We were there just couple of days ago! The hotel is just a fairytail! Everything so so beautiful! Doesn't matter that you will be quite far from the centre. The taxi is chip.
I was so impressed by the design, details, quility of the materials it made from! Cannot remember any hotel where I stayed before being so gorgeous and we travel a lot!!
This is the third best hotel in Dubai!
Pay attention to spa as well! Its also worth what it worth!)
Have a nice holidays!!
