We stayed 3 nights in the burj executive, arrived at 9am and were able to use our room by 10am, room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. We had purchased our room as part of a package which included drinks and canapés in the Kris from 6-8pm each evening unfortunately the staff didn't understand our package and we had to keep explaining and showing the email with our package details in it to staff

Very good location. Nearby lots of Indian restaurants. Rasoi Ghar nearby serves nice Gujarati thali. Rooms are clean and spacious. Toilets are clean and have both shower space and bath tub with lots of pressure of water. Room service menu is very costly. Nearby burjuman metro gives you more concvienency. Breakfast is not worth in 105 aed. No live counters for breakfast. Especially house keeping service is very nice. And Mr. Gayan from house keeping on 5th floor has given excellent service. Reception staff is cooperative and given late check-out also. Over all it's nice experience and would like to stay again. Also would recommend to others also.

The location is perfect, hotel staff is courteous and Room was clean. I was upgraded as my room was not ready. More than 50% occupancy will be by Indians. They have two restaurants serving breakfast - one continental and other India.

100% value for money.

We checked in the hotel on a very busy Friday but the front office was very efficient as was the concierge. We were upgraded to a executive room (Room Only) on the 17th floor with nice views and spacious, the music system was an added plus. The breakfast was decent but the danish felt like straight out of the deep freezer, defrosted and served on the breakfast buffet.
We stayed for a total of 9 nights and after second day service started getting confused and deteriorated totally.
At breakfast (On 19th Floor) our eggs were made with chilies in a straight line and burnt our mouth.
We informed the chef the next day but they just would'nt improve. They did not stir the omelettes still and result was a big ego from the chef. Next the idli and dosa (Indian breakfast) on the buffet had no coconut chutney as accompaniment. On asking for some we were told it is in another buffet on the ground floor. Ridiculous or what????? If u serve some food, it's accompaniments should also be there. That is normal.
Coming to the room, we had informed the front office as well as the house keeping supervisor that we would need English breakfast tea in the room everyday but seems we had to repeat this everyday till the last day of our stay and then also followup as it was never delivered, newspaper too we had to request the front office to deliver. The bathhrobe was changed on 3rd day and the replacement we got was unbelievable, like they were from a second hand shop and one for a child and another for an adult. Un-ironed, wrinkled, old and in a really pathetic shape. The toiletries in the bathroom were also substandard and did not match the standard of room.
We had kept towels to be changed but got just one replaced and the other one was hung back as it was. I guess this would be Park Regis Kris Kin standards of service. We did not expect this kind of service in a upgraded room. Quite dejected with a 9 day visit and constant reminders and arguments.
We had a free drink every night in the Grandstand bar but being non smokers we could not even enter the place and did not avail this offer except just one night when we requested a change in venue to the 19 floor wine bar. The ground floor bar was like a gas chamber, un-breathable. I think these freebies should not be given unless the place is good for non smokers too. It was a waste on us and we felt cheated.
The coffee in the lounge though was nice and we were always served with a smile.
The location of the hotel is very good between 2 metro stations and very convenient and centralized with lots of eating places and stores around. Bur Juman is diagonally opposite the hotel at 3-4 minutes walk. To sum up I would say an average stay.
