Great service, excellent junior suite, beautiful food in restaurant on 19th floor with 270degree views of Dubai. The pool was a bit basic but clean with bar service. Highly recommended hotel in Bur Dubai area inbetween city and creek nr Burjaman mall and metro.

Good hotel. Nice rooms. Very good service including airport taxi. Amazing view from pool and restaurant on 19th floor. Tuesday sushi buffet is great. Breakfast a bit busy but still OK. Will come back.

I paid 150 a night and the room and bathroom was huge and very luxurious. Everything was done to perfection, the bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept in and the pillows! - Don't get me started on the awesome pillows!
The room service fees were very reasonable and the cocktails were amazing. I spent a few days lying by the roof top pool and it has a great sunset over the city skyline.
Staff were very friendly and the best thing was the breakfast. It was included in the price and they had EVERYTHING. Even soft cheeses, dim sims and waffles! You could fill up on that and not need to buy lunch.
Very good to stay here on the way back from a more adventurous/roughing it holiday.

Nicely located in the heart of Dubai, close to the main metro station, Burjuman. Deluxe Room on 12th floor was excellent, large, modern and comfortable. Service was good and friendly with a smile. Breakfast okay, similar for all three days, not much of a variety. Only negative is the reception area is rather small for a Hotel of this class. The best part was the view from the Rooftop pool...brilliant

I've been to Dubai a number of times, and this is my first time at this hotel, which is in the Bur Dubai area. We arrived on a Thursday night, at the start of the weekend, and getting to the hotel took some time due to the road congestion. Other than that the area and the hotel's location was convenient to get to the airport and other parts of Dubai. The nearest metro station, Burjuman was only 500 meters away, and across from the hotel, is the Burjuman mall and Spinneys supermarket. The surrounding area is convenient with quite a few restaurants, including those at the Burjuman mall.
We were booked on the executive floor, so there were extras - breakfast included, airport transfer, complimentary laundry, so it was good value. Breakfast had a good selection at the restaurant on the 19th floor with a nice view of the city. Service was prompt in all areas, staff very polite and efficient, and I will likely stay here again next time.
