The room itself was very nice, a good size and clean. However, the reception staff were unfriendly, incompetent and seemed like helping was an inconvinience to them.

However, the worst thing was the fact that there is a nightclub in the hotel and the booming music went on late and kept me awake. I was on the 5th floor and I think the club was on the mezzanine, so god help anyone who is unfortunate enough to be on the 1st or 2nd floors.

Before arriving, I had to speak with.. 3!! different staff on the phone in order to get directions to the hotel. No one spoke English at all, so I had to ask a taxi driver.

During the check in, the FD clerk suddenly left to attend another guest for a while. No complains about the room, was clean and good value for money. But here it comes the best part: an annoying piano music was being played on the corridor. After calling 3 times to the reception, I had to go down personally to ask for the music to be off.

After check out (extremely rude FD agent, again) an e-mail arrives from Booking.com saying that I have not showed up to the room, so a cancellation fee will apply. Now I am struggling with this issue due the incompetence of the Ramee Rose.

Avoid it, please.

Arrival and Check in was quick > Room was clean and i had no complaints there. But then the nightmare begins. With three clubs inside the hotel i couldn't sleep till 3 for the 2 nights i was there. The irritating thump of the music kept me up all night.

Room service was ok but the food was not. Avoid the chicken burger at all costs. Breakfast was very boring and standard with nothing great to write about. Staff very friendly but do expect a tip in return.

Also being in the middle of nowhere it didn't help and going out was not an option. Being a budget hotel it was fine in that aspect but that is all. Can be really good with a little bit of upkeep.

The good points:
- nice view (I could see Burj al Arab) although the window was SO dirty I could barely see trough it, quite disgusting
- great location, 5 min walk from the metro station Internet City, close to Sheikh Zayed Road
- the price as for Dubai was OK, nevertheless, but this wasn't my first visit in Dubai and I assure, you can easily find a better hotel for the same price, with better service,
- our room was big and quite nice

Bad points:
- something was broken in our bathroom and each time we shower the bathroom was turning into a pool! we were requesting fixing it every day and it was finally fixed on our 5th day of stay!
- I booked double room and the service was asking my boyfriend for his ID each time we were entering the hotel, moreover they requested an additional pay for the fact he "was my guest", which he WASN'T as we had a double room
- the employees of this hotel do not speak English good enough to communicate smoothly and easily, at least not all of them
- service not professional enough as for a *** hotel
- my booking was lost, and I had to wait quite long time till the receptionist found it after I arrived
- not good for families or people who appreciate peace and quiet (I wasnt bothered by this) but you need to know they have a LOUD bollywood bar down stairs, so if you enjoy silence - request a room at the highest floor possible, or chose a different hotel

Terrible location in the middle of nowhere, and the food will leave you ill for weeks.

Having returned a chicken burger as it was still frozen in the middle, the exact same burger returned with a bite missing having been microwaved. You would probably be better off munching on one of the hundreds of rats that hang around in the various noisy building sites surrounding the hotel.

I don't think the hotel has been open long, and maybe it will improve, but why risk it, there are much better hotels in Dubai in much better areas that charge less.

If you can get it for under $50 USD a night, it might be worth the risk, and even then, eat out. Otherwise, avoid it like the plague.
