best breakfast and perfect service all around.
Wonderful food with service that can not be beaten.
Did not meet one member of staff that did not instantaneously smile and were always respectful.
Only issue probably a few too many kids ...when you are paying top dollar ...have kids throwing ball in the pool can be a bit off-putting .

Room Tip: Check how many kids they have staying ...!!!! before you plan your romantic and tranquil break...

I dont want to repeat what the others have said about One and Only, so i am going to be short!
The hotel itself is not big, which is wonderful and very nice and cosy with very attentive (and fast) staff who are willing to make your stay exceptional.
The only negatives are the Wi-fi, which is very slow and the sea water. I thought it smelled funny, but then again that's common in certain Palm areas.

Nevertheless i loved the hotel! Will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: We stayed in Suite 5006 (2nd floor), which was a few steps from the beach. Suits on first floor have...

I love the entire Arabian Court feeling, starting from its architecture designs, down to the foods, and services. It made me felt belonged. Oh yes! i am also addicted to their spas! Definitely home away from home.

We have just returned from a fantastic 5 day break at the O&OTP. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai over the last 7 years looking for October sun & have been impressed by some of the O&O's other offerings including The Residence & Spa and the Arabian Court at the Royal Mirage. That being the case, our expectations of The Palm were high and I have to say, it didnt disappoint in any respect being very much in keeping with the O&O chain's reputation for understated luxury while retaining it's own individual character. The resort is immaculately turned out and the staff are polite, smart and attentive without exception. Worthy of special mention are Gajan who supervises the Pool and Beach areas and our mansion host Rasitha who could not have done more to make our stay as perfect and memorable as possible. Our room rates as arguably the finest Hotel room I have stayed in anywhere and working abroad a lot as I do - i have stayed in many. There has been no expense spared in the appointments and furnishings, right down to the fantastically adjustable mood lighting and "rainfall" shower. The beach area is groomed to perfection and the beds are widely spaced giving a sense of freedom and privacy even when the hotel is full as it was during our stay. The staff are incredibly attentive without being obtrusive. Although we didnt use the Spa on this occasion, it looked amazing and the fitness centre was state of the art and equipped with an adults only lap pool for swim training or just to relax in the sun away from the main hotel pool. Dining was catered for by Zest, 101 and the Michelin starred Stay. That being said, the fact that there are only these three restaurants on the resort means that stays longer than 5 days will mean you have restricted dining options if you dont want to take the complimentary boat to the Royal Mirage Hotels (where you enjoy a 20% discount if you are on HB). As you would expect for a Michelin recognised restaurant in Dubai, Stay is not cheap!

Minus points? Really, there are few of any consequence. As has been mentioned in a previous review, the complimentary internet access is very slow and will not support a VOIP call abroad. Faster access needs to be paid for, but really - this is not a hotel that i would imagine is used much for business travellers, not least because of it's relatively isolated location (which we saw as a bonus). If you feel a need to gripe about internet access, then you are missing the point of the resort although it is probably a little churlish for high speed wifi not to be included given the high cost of the hotel in general.

In conclusion, the O&OTP is a perfect example example of "you get what you pay for". Yes - it is not cheap, but the resort lives up to expectations in every area you could realistically hope for. We had a marvellous stay, left feeling refreshed and relaxed, and will definitely return in future if the opportunity presents itself. We honestly felt like we were saying goodbye to friends when we departed, and that should be endorsement enough.

One&Only The Palm Dubai is fabulous, I love this place! This luxurious oasis is set on the far point of the Palm Jumeirah. This enclave with a variety of 3 stylish restaurants, has even one restaurant with a Michelin star. The song of the Eagles "Peaceful easy feeling” reminds me here about protecting yourself from rushing in emotionally.

The hotel is very elegant and the attention to detail simply amazing!
We were upgraded to a Mansion which made the holiday extra special .
If you want perfect standards and relaxation this is the hotel for you but if you want to explore Dubai , shop and try different restaurants its location would not be the best .
The one and only boat made for interesting trips for cocktails to the other one and only hotels
The food selection was excellent. Fantastic place to get off the world for a while!!

Have just returned from this hotel and can honestly say the service was superb. The rooms were luxurious and the facilities and grounds were fantastic. The location at the end of the palm and hotel size (only 90 rooms) give the venue an intimate feel that was perfect for our 3 day stay. We are already ticking off the days till we get to return. My only minor criticism was the need to pay for high speed wifi. A hotel of this quality should definitely include this in their room price.
