It was a clean hotel.The hotel was good but we were not satisfied with the reception. Breakfast was not great but it was great for the UAE market.we booked a conected room but they gave us two separate room.

Dubai is an absolutely fantastic city of the world. U could not find a more spotlessly clean city. U could eat off the streets. It’s a very diverse city with lots of different nationalities living here. There are many things to do & see. The desert dinner tour is a must, great food & entertainment. To see the beautiful sand dunes with the many different shapes sizes & patterns is amazing, & especially to witness the sunset in the desert. The most graceful of animals, Giselles are a sight roaming in the dunes.
The architecture of the many skyscrapers
Are a feat of their each one a different shape & style. This is a very very rich city with Kingdom/Government sparing no expense. Dubai is a planned city with fantastic engineering & scientists chosen worldwide.

A nice property. Changing lifts is something I know can bug people and this property has it. Lobby is on the 5th floor so ground to 5th and then change for room lifts. I wasn't in a hurry so no issues.
Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathtub no so easy to get in an out of and unfortunately shower and tub are together. Honestly how many people take baths these days? Standing shower is the way to go.
2nd floor connects to the mall and F& B. Big bonus especially with the heat outside!

The Sheraton mall of the emirates is an ideally located hotel with easy access to the mall and metro, the room was perfectly clean and was ready at 8.00am in the morning, the staff were very polite and helpful, ensuring that your stay is perfect.
the breakfast selection is vast and multi culture, i would strongly recommend staying at this hotel

Sheraton is one of the nice places in Dubai to spend your business and liesure. Hospitality is very nice, breakfast is very good with varity of different food options, and also rooms are desent and spacious.
