Very nice and friendly staff, Amir the manager is very welcoming and friendly,Farida and Thomas are really good too, Egyptian staff as well is very nice. Iverl all experience is very good, nice ambiance and food too and very quick service.

Wonderful location with nice clean environment. House keeping staff, concierge, staff at the main entrance of Hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast at 5th floor was outstanding. I stayed 4 nights along with my daughter. Overall experience was very good. Unfortunately when I returned and checked my Bank statement, the amount which was per-authorized at the time of check-in did not refunded. I contacted your staff asking to find out the reason why it was not credited to my card. Their answer was that it takes 14 days by the bank to credit back. Which was a surprise for me. Anyway I waited more then 20 days and when I didn't received my refund, I email them back but this time their reply shocked me that they have already paid the amount. I emailed them my full month Bank statement. Still waiting for their reply.
Here I want to mention that although the amount is not so big but I lost my trust. I have been traveling around the world but such a unpleasant incident never happened before.
I hope you being the General Manager of this prestigious Hotel will look into this matter and will try that it should not happen again with any other guest.

My review will be about the staff because that’s what differentiates a hotel and makes it unique. Because of the staff our 3 week stay was made outstanding!

Prem ~ housekeeping went out his way to come at our convenience to make up our room and that to his professionalism was excellent. His towel animals which he did everyday made us smile. He truly is an asset to the team.

Sohel, Rodel, Angum and Ihssane at the Sheraton Club were amazing and always had time to ask about our day which added a personal touch. This is our 8th year of using the club. I would recommend a club room to all.

Madhu in security who located my shawl I had left in a taxi. He was so impressive that within an hour I had it returned to me. This shows level of service offered by this hotel.

Durga and Azarhul in concierge. They always took time in asking about our day. We have known them from the sheraton club before and now seeing them as soon as we walked in was very welcoming. What a lovely set of affiliates to have welcome the guests with their ever smiling faces.

My most memorable person of this trip has to me Ms Keerthana. Her attention to detail and the love she showed both my son will never be forgotten. She made sure we had breakfast delivered to our room even when we woke up late. Her gesture for my son’s passing his exams was so so special and he still talks about it to his friends. She took time to get to know us and it really was a joy to see her. The little touches she added made all the difference to our three week stay. I could really tell she is passionate about her job. It is reflected in her persona and professionalism. My extended thanks to her. Having an upgraded room was very worth it as we used the club facilities including the amazing state of the art fitness centre run by Hakim. My son learnt a lot about health and exercise from him.

I would choose to stay in this hotel over and over because of the staff!

We have stayed at this hotel over 100 times - and we keep coming back because the service is so great, from the concierge team, to the team and managers at the main desk, to the team in the club lounge. The club lounge is one of the very best we have been to - kudos to Ihsane and her team!

Room tip: I would recommend paying for a club room - the benefits are certainly worth it!
