Frequent guest at this place. Best part is the ease of access into the Mall of Emirates. Keeps you busy within the premises. All rooms have upto date gadgets and amenities. Neat and clean with amazing view. Executive lounge is available till 11pm on the upper floor with excellent food available at all times.

The hotel is convenient located at Mall of Emirates, a plus when it comes to the hot weather in Dubai.
The hotel is comfortable, have good restaurants but i have to say that the best thing in this hotel is the staff.
I had wonderful days there. all the staff are really kind, gentle, making us feel really welcomed. But i have to highlight Ms Ihssane Lagziri from the club lounge and her staff. I was so welcomed there, they were treatment me really well. I definitely going to stay again at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates.

What I found joyful staying at Sheraton hotel was hospitality, link to emirates mall as you don't need to go outside so walk to emirates mall through the hotel beside of course the luxury rooms.

My title says it all! A GEM which discreetly stands in the farthest corner of MOE. A GEM in all aspects: staff, customer service, location, quality of stay, facilities, amenities, value for the price paid, etc.
Special thanks to Mr. George from the front desk who greeted me as a Bonvoy Elite member while I am not, but he did and proactively offered me an upgrade to a room with beautiful view of Sh. Zayed Highway. A truly genuine attitude in ensuring customer’s satisfaction / retention.
And another special thanks to Ms. Sumita from the front desk too, for handling my check out with a smile and carefully listening to some suggestions I had, which she ensured me that the hotel’s management are actually considering and working on them!
Last but not least, a very big special thanks goes to all those genuine personnel in security, housekeeping, restaurants, concierge, etc for their constant smile and welcoming attitude.
That’s why I called it MOE’s hidden GEM.

Wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly, professional and very helpful, all the staff are amazingly welcoming guests, the front desk -Khaled and Fatima- are really fast and very helpful the room was very clean, the housekeeping -Vijay- are extremely fast and very helpful 👍
