“Great location very nice hotel”

Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Very good staff, has a good pool with free steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Right next to metro, close to various restaurants e.g. Nandos, subway, pizza hut, burger king, McDonald's.

Room Tip: Above floor 35 ideally. Choose to get a view of burj khalifa

I found the Rose Rayhaan a good hotel, with large rooms and all the amenities you would want. We had the skyview room and were promised a view of the Burj Khalifa, and although you can see the tallest building in the world, it is obstructed by another large hotel situated right beside ours. Price was kind of expensive but overall good experience. Great location as it is walking distance to the metro and close enough to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. Since I am Canadian I was pleasantly surprised to find a Tim Horton's across the street so that was a bonus. Breakfast wasn't great and could be better for the price we pay in my opinion. The staff were helpful and nice and service was great overall. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai for a few days or a short layover.

I stayed with my wife at this hotel. Starting from outside it's great...it's a very high building, one of the highest in Dubai. Located in the financial center, 1 minute on foot to the metro station which is great.By taxi airport is 30 AED and Marina Dubai 45 AED approximately. Or you can use metro in both cases.
Everything was perfect: room very big, equipped with everything you may need, and very confortable, they also offer 2 bottles of water per day which is really great. We stayed at the 48th floor and the view was just awesome.
Only problem: wireless internet is not available in your room, you'll need to stay in the lobby or in the business center (15 AED per hour...not so cheap...).
We never tried breakfast as it was too expensive (89 AED per person), we highly suggest you to try the bar just beside the hotel called "all the perks" where you get free wireless internet and food and breakfast is cheap and awesome :-) !
Friendly and helpful staff. We will stay again at this hotel for sure.

Room Tip: Ask to be on the top to get a good view...they have 65 floors.

On transit between two continents, we stayed here for 1 night. The view from sky suite at 60th floor was excellent. Complimentary fruit baskets (two actually) at our arrival. Kind service.

I researched a number of hotels in Dubai and this one looked great and believe me it the room were spacious with a little kitchenette, the reception and concierge desks were informative and helpful, There were only 2 issues for us. Firstly in the financial district which we thought was in the centre however you are better off staying in a hotel attached to a Mall, Secondly and the reason I wouldn;t stay in this hotel again is it is non alcoholic, when we booked IT WAS NOT CLEAR that this was the case, we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and had to go elsewhere.

An excellent choice if you are looking for a good location to start your exploration of Dubai. The hotel is situated near the Financial Centre Metro station (2 minutes walk) and there is a Starbucks, banks and a small supermarket close at hand.

The hotel itself is up to standard but not in the luxury class. The rooms are large enough and if you get lucky you will have a great view of the Burj Khalifa from your room. We did notice that the rooms themselves (we had 2) were showing the first signs of aging.

We tried the breakfast on the first morning but then went for a coffee and croissant in the nearby Starbucks after that. The breakfast in the hotel is pricey and we didn't think it worth the money.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We would recommend this hotel but don't book if you are looking for a luxury stay.

In just two nights of stay in this hotel, I was throughly impress. the hotel is located in the downtown area, where generally most hotels are quiet expensive. But here you get a good rate and exceptional service!
The moment you pull-up from the hotel's front doors, you know you'll be getting a really good pampering! The doormen and bell boys were really helpful, valet parking was really a welcomed treat. The reception team was excellent, check-in was a breeze (within 10 mins, its off to our room to the 28th floor)!

The room was a real surprise, it has a kitchen (sink, microwave, kettle, decent size fridge) and dining area! The added bonus is a washing machine!

The bed was divine! King size bed with the wonderful soft beddings - NOT the kind the seems to swallow you and leaves you with a back or neck pain the next day - BUT good sensible beddings!

Good set of toiletries, spacious toilet and bath and just the right amount of closet space.

The view is really nice too - even if its all cityscape!

I really, really enjoyed my stay here!
