As a big fan of Ramsay i was REALLY excited to try this place out and it did not disappoint ! Great selection of starters for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ( buffet style) ...I honestly came for the Beef Wellington and WOW! Loved the atmosphere, great band and our glasses were never empty. Will definitely be back!

Right off the bat, I recommend this restaurant for couples. Yes, the location is inside Caesar's Palace which is a little far if you stay around Burjuman area or Deira area. Other than that, Hell’s Kitchen had Good vibes and great food! We sat near the kitchen where all the action happens. Even took great pictures. All staffs were courteous, nice, and made us comfortable.

Each visit to Dubai would not be complete without attending a brunch, hells kitchen is perfect for families from toddlers to teens.
You will need to book in advance I think their is currently a short leadtime for brunches.
The brunch is slightly different to other locations in the fact you order a main meal however the usual buffet style of dishes are also available. All food is fresh and tasty.

They offer different pricing packages for brunch from soft drinks to champagne package.
The brunch ends with a cook off between diners where the chef chooses the winner

Whilst Gordon was sadly not there, the staff are very attentive from the manager through to table waiters from the moment you arrive until you leave.

Dear Donna,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your amazing 5 starred Hellicious Brunch review!

Myself and the entire team were so happy to read that you had a wonderful experience during brunch.

We designed it in the way that we wanted to give the guests the best of both worlds with buffet starters and desserts, and a la carte main courses; so we are overjoyed to hear that you enjoyed that.

Our Eton Mess Challenge is the highlight of the brunch and a fun engaging way for budding chefs to don an apron and hat and show off their culinary skills. It's a lot of fun and super popular.

We definitely look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Kind regards,
Danny

The restaurant was vibrant and well lit.
Open kitchen so you can look in.

We had a glass of wine and a beer (shandy shhh...) with our meal and were given 2 freshly baked large bread rolls with garlic butter as a starter.

The only other starter I was tempted to try was the wagu meat balls.

As a main I ordered the Beef wellington wrapped in a puff pastry, mushroom duxelle, potato puree, red wine demi glace. It was delicious.

My Mrs had the roasted rump of lamb with minted pea ragout, potato fondant, smoked tomato jam.

We shared 3 sides of Sweet potato fries, they were tasty.
Macaroni cheese was lovely and cheesy. Rich and delicious.
The green beans were fresh and crunchy.

For desert I had the sticky toffee pudding with a dollop of vanilla ice cream.
As it was out 8th anniversary we were given a complimentary slice of cheesecake which too was delicious.

The service was very good and Marco was very friendly and polite.
Staff generally did not wear name badges so hard to personally acknowledge.

Would dine here again :-)
