I stayed in this hotel for 8 days and the only positive thing I can say is the breakfast being served(though if you stay for more than four days then that same breakfast menu will bore you)
Coming to the cons which i dealt with :
1. I reached hotel around 7:45 PM, and I got to enter my room around 8:45 PM. Its such a big capacity hotel around 700 rooms but there was only 1 person present at the reception. That person was taking approx 15-20 min per check in.
2. After a long waiting we checked in and the second surprise hit us, we need to carry our luggage by our own !!! what kind of hotel service is this.
3. Some how me and my wife carrying my 2.5 yr kid managed to drag our suitcases to the room, we were literally shocked when we entered the room, it was so small that we could not even walk without hitting the amenities or each other.
No space to open suitcases
No wardrobe
Shower area was too small that i slammed my hand multiple times while taking shower.
then comes the bed size, My booking clearly was for 2 adults and 1 kid, what they had provided us was a queen sized bed such is not even sufficient for 2 adults.
Upon multiple complaints with hotel and Makemytrip the response which I recieved was that all rooms in this hotel are of same size with same sized bed.
I was left with no option other than to sleep on the floor just so that my wife and kid can sleep easily.
4. No toileteries - They even charged us for toileteries, even small 2 star hotels provide these complimentary.
5. Then comes the swimming pool, hotel has the capacity of atleast 1000 persons and the swimming pool they had was approx 15 x 8 meters, it could even accomodate more than 20-30 people.
6. Location - You will get nothing around this hotel to eat, nearest place is Al fahidi which around 2KMs from here, so people with small kid cannot walk that much, so had to hire cab everytime to visit places for basic amenities.
7. No shuttle service from airport or to any major attraction , they have shuttle to some mall (too far, where no one goes) amd to some stupid beach.
They dont even reply to your emails of you query them about these facts.

In total my total trip was spoiled just because of these stupid things.
Not recommended ever, I am not too sure which kind of people have given this hotel 4,5 stars.
I would have given negative points to this hotel if they was an option.
Save yourself and don't go for this hotel ever.

Wonderful hotel in Dubai. Swimming pool and hotel services are perfect. Surely going to be my next destination. Had a good time at the restaurant with the complimentary breakfast. Thanks For Lifeguard... Lahir Ali....
