I totally recommend it.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. the food was quite good. the rooms were small but nice. there are 2 bars on ground floor they are nice. the best thing in this hotel is only 5 mints walk from the mall of emirates. Lots of restaurants around the hotel.Taxi are available or you can go to the metro station on the mall of emirates. This hotel has great price and it's very good for limit budget traveler.

Room Tip: rooms on street view are more noisy

I revently stayed here for 5 nights. It was my first trip to Dubai and I booked this hotel, based on the reviews from Trip advisor. I wasn't disappointed.

It is great base to explore the city of Dubai. Around 20 to 30 minutes from the Airport. Depending on traffic. I caught a taxi from the Airport and it cost around AED84 (around £17), it was a night time arrival, so I aware that the taxi do add on extra for night time pick ups...but the price isn't bad, the price to take me to the airport was 60 dihams..There are plenty of taxi's outside the airport, so no difficulty obtaining one. The hotel itself, do arrange airport transfers for around AED 124 dirhams.

The hotel is modern and clean. I stayed in room 417. It faced the main road outside. Yes there was a little road noise but it wasn't instrusive. The room size is small. But I was traveling alone so the room size was fine for me. The room was extremly clean. I wish I had taken the person's name who cleaned my room whilst I was there, as I believe he did an exceptional job, he kept the room spotless and changed the bedlinen everyday. All staff members that I came into contact with from the receptionist, security guards, breakfast room staff were all polite, helpful and professional.

As previously mentioned the location of the hotel is great...just a few minutes walk from the Mall of Emirates, where you will find all the necessary shops...Debenhams, Next, HM, Harvey Nicks, M&S, Prada etc...A large Cinema, a large Carrefour for either food, clothes or electrical shopping, access to Dubai Metro. The Metro is great way to get around the city. And a large food court, with a mixtue of food choices Indian, Thai, local dishes and the usually Mcdonalds, KFC, Subway etc...

If you enjoy going to the Spa, then do book an appointement with the Balance Day Spa...you will find their brochure in the hotel room. You will not be disappointed, excellent spa, great way to relax after a hectic few days. The Spa is around 10 minutes away by car from the hotel. The Spa reimbursed my taxi fares, which I thought was exeptional. It cost around AED20 in a taxi and I just had to ensure that I kept the taxi receipt for them to reimburse me the costs.

I will be returning to Dubai in the future and I would return to this hotel. I had a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel in sept, 2012 for 10 days.
The breakfast buffet was quite good, The rooms are small but quite nicely done.
There is a pub just as you enter the hotel, the music is quite loud so opt for rooms on higher floors.
The best part is that its at a walking distance from the mall of the emirates.
Lot of food options available nearby. Menu is a bit overpriced.
Would love to come back again.

Have been visiting UAE for 2 weeks, with the idea of living in a new Hotel every night. This has been the only bad one of them all. There is no Sound proofing in the rooms leading to the hallway and outside windows, you can hear the noise from the road through the windows, loud vacuum cleaners going in the lobby, hotel staff entering the rooms without knocking and lobby calling us 6am in the morning. For the same price we got Chelsea Ramada in Barsha around the block which was amazing!!!

Room Tip: DONT, just go somewhere else in the area

Stayed here last weekend for two nights and the hotel was everything we needed. It's basically a Middle East version on a premier inn - rooms are small and basic but very clean and decently equipped. Comfy beds, choice of smoking or non, hair dryer, hot water, fridge, very friendly staff. Location is good as its close to the metro station and mall of the emirates though otherwise there is little around here. We wanted somewhere to crash after exploring the city every day and this was perfect. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but a reasonable range of options. The pool on the roof is very small and when we just went to look at 10am all the few loungers were already taken. Personally I wouldn't stay here for a pool / hotel based holiday but some people clearly do. The option of having a pool at sucha good price seemed great though. The bar downstairs was quite lively at kicking out time at about 3am when we arrived although we couldn't hear anything once inside our rooms. The gym was light and airy with a reasonable range of equipment. All in all we thought this met our expectations for a basic clean, great value hotel.

We stayed at this hotel and were very impressed. The rooms were a reasonable size and the room was cleaned daily. It was close to the mall too. The room smelled a little smoky but was ok after having the window open. Avoid the travel agent at the door; he tried to get us to book with him and lied to our face to get our business. He said we needed to hire a taxi through him as the metro didn't run until 4pm and cost 300 dirham per person one way. We checked and discovered the metro ran from 1pm and cost 13 dirhams for a whole day ticket. Very dodgy.
