This was my first time and didn't really find anything to complain about. The best thing about this hotel is the location and the next thing is value for money! The staff are very friendly and ready to assist in anyway too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have very less words to say and the pride and excellence of this hotel is more, very more than what I have imagined. Very Comfortable, near to Metro station, Food Quality the best, Bed and Bathroom the best. I wish them best of luck and if they maintain their quality standards then they will keep on ROCKING.

I hoped to be a good hotel for business, not far away from a Metro Station (Union), allowing you to reach everywhere easily. But i only expect some things to be good enough to come back, which i could not find. Room too noisy, breakfast a bit poor and no difference from one day to another, and internet connection needs to be paid, so all i needed did not exist. At least it is not expensive...

Room Tip: Not close to the elevator

Not posh, not glitzy, maybe, but surely a very convenient hotel, with good sized rooms, great wide and comfy bed, a good Bath and a rich multi etnic breakfast ( guests are of the multiracial variety), served in what is probably the only small negativity of the hotel: a pretty small place that Gerd crummed and congested at peak times. Another plus, if you are interested in something else beside shopping malls and beaches, is the place proximity to Dubai Creek, with the Abra crossing points, the textile souk and the arty Baktaria district... and last but not least, the Metrò!!

Room Tip: We were given a room on the third floor and facing the side Street... perfetto.

I just returned from Dubai yesterday and stayed at this hotel for 3 day. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. Its central to most places. Unfortunately they have a standard checking in time at 1pm which I find absolutely ridiculous because we arrived in the morning and ended up wasting half a day waiting to check in. We had just returned from Makkah and had not slept the previous day therefore we wanted to rest because exploring. Due to the check in time we lost most of the day and only started exploring at night!

There are two malls within walking proximity and you can easily take a taxi to any of the souks at a minimum of 10 dhirams because they are really close by. Also there is food everywhere. Breakfast was ok,

I had also experienced the shower problem that a previous writer had. Out of no where the water changed to boiling hot water and I had to jump out the shower. Also the toilets don't really flush properly.

All in all the beds were comfortable and room was clean, if you are looking for convenience and are on a budget this is the hotel to try. The friendly staff make up for any discrepancies.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 days and this hotel is great!! Room is nice and big, and everything is clean. They gave me upgrade on my room, seems that everyone gets upgrade but it's cool. Breakfast is good. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

Room Tip: Small supermarket is next to the hotel and it's cheap. In same street there is a few restorant w...

Pros:
- Located in Al Riqqa Street which can be a good point for those interested in old Dubai districts
- Lots of nearby fast food restaurants such as MC Donald, Pizza Hut, Pizza Company, etc. & also a Nando's in a few minutes walk from the hotel
- Close to Al Ghurair & Reefmall shopping malls
- Cozy & well furnished rooms

Cons:
- Not serving an international breakfast and lunch buffet, few choices, absolutely hot and spicy food only suitable for Indian or Pakistanian people. Grabbing the food on your table if you just stop for a really short breath while eating. Closing the buffet not giving a prior notice (Having stayed at Landmark Grand Hotel last year and feeling so welcomed there, we were really disappointed by this other branch of Landmark)
- Hot water and again the problem of getting cold while taking shower even though we push the specific key on the wall designed to make the water warm. Common Landmark Hotels' manager, we encountered the same problem in Landmark Grand too. You really need to do something about your hot water system.
- The toilet flush did not work properly in our room and was really old fashioned in its working system. Whenever we needed to use the toilet, we had to go to my sister room, a few doors away on the same floor and this made our stay even more inconvenient.
- The check in is at 2 o'clock but after waiting for 2 hours in the lobby, we finally could check in at 3.15 which is already 1 hour and 15 minutes late. In the day of check out, they kept calling our room repeatedly from 11 o'clock (not mentioning that the check out was at 12 and we still got one hour left) and asked us to check out sooner because as the receptionist said "some guests were waiting for our room!!!" How rude and impolite! They let us in 1 hour and 15 minutes late and asked us to leave 1 hour early!!! And as we later found out, there were no guests waiting for a room at that time.

Totally I do suggest you to pay a few more and stay at Landmark Grand Hotel at the other side of the street, you're not gonna regret it, I promise!

Room Tip: Make sure the toilet flush works properly before unpacking and also ask for higher levels!
