Overall the place is good rooms were clean hotel staff was good the only negative thing was that all the floors smells weird I don’t know what the smell is however when you enter the room there was no smell at all

Had a wonderful stay at Byblos, just loved the hotel. Very enjoyable stay! Amazing facilities,We enjoyed our stay at the Byblos very much. The hotel is very good and the staff is helpful.

Would surely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel rooms are good, however many things should be improved!
We have requested for 1 bottle of water which took I guess 6 hrs to deliver. From the beginning we called and asked operator around 20.00 hrs, she said that she needs to double check and she called us back and after she said that our Housekeeping already provided for you a complimentary water, now you can order though in room dining service. (Seriously??? I don’t care who is providing the water, just send it... we just want to drink…) After 1.5 hr we had outside food delivery which I believe Concierge helped to bring it up to the room, we have reminded him that we have ordered water and no one bring it yet, the guy said “Ok, I will follow up” and after they totally forgot about our water.
At 02.00 hrs we called again (several times) “0” and asking for the water, and the lady agreed. Then after 15 minutes she is calling again and informing us that it will chargeable. Ridiculous, right? Finally, by 4AM we got our water. Thanks god.
At the morning around 11 to 11.30 somebody called while we were sleeping and asked at what time we are checking-out! We already requested for late check-out until 14.00 hrs and we informed the Receptionist that we will leave before 2 PM. Why this call made I don’t understand, when everything should be updated.
Last part is departure. Check-out is another story as Lady at the Front Desk even didn’t greet us. It is very simple to say, “Good afternoon and etc”. Instead she took our key and called someone and checked if minibar was close. After figuring out, she said “All good”. We have informed that “Service is very bad and slow!” and you know she didn’t say anything back!!! In this case apologizing we were more than enough, but no Receptionist pretended that she didn’t hear us and it was obvious that she ignore the customer.
Washroom towels needs to be changed or whitened properly, the 2 face towels 1 was white and 2nd is yellow-brown, so you can see it clearly the difference. Same with big towels.
Our booking was made for double, but in the room only 1 set of bathrobe and slippers arranged.
Horrible service and definitely I will not never recommend this hotel as you will be disappointed, no matter even if room rates are low!!!

We just spent three nights in the hotel which overall is very nice falling just a bit short of outstanding. Furnishings, towels and amenities are adequate but don't portray the quality of luxury. The included breakfast is outstanding and there is a Spa but I did not have time to visit it. Over all a nice place to stay without spending lots of money.

Hotel was clean room and good size with big space of bathroom . Service high level and helpful staff .
Spa very good
Breakfast very nice testy . Reception area good for set and use laptop and take order from cafe
