the hotel is going in reverse, i had a small incident in the room (toaster blew up) hotel management did not insert this to their accident book even though my ear was cut from the fragmentation. If i was looking at the toaster, the consequences could have been much worse, even though the Ops Manager wasn't really interested. No PAT register, testing on electrical equipment, so if you have electrical equipment that does not look up to scratch, have maintenance replace it, or you may face the same dilemma i still have.
The staff have changed and the front desk reception quality has decreased somewhat. Although there are 1 or 2 good staff, their are others that are trying to go overkill and this is very obvious due to their demeanor and behavior upon arriving into the hotel.
The breakfast is still of low quality, not a good selection, it's better buying from the local shop (roughly 20 metres or so from the hotel) and make your own.
