This is very nice hotel and its location is very convenient Personnel are very friendly and cooperating efficiently. Critic: On line checking does not make any advantageous comparing checking in upon arrival.

Just got back from the SuitesHotel Mall of the Emirates and can say that I had a pleasant stay there.
The hotel is still newish and I was given a very nice room witha sitting area and 3 washrooms.
The hotel had everything you would require for a stay, comfortable rooms, a gym, a small pool, a deli type restaurant and internet in the lobby.
The only down side would be its location. It is located next to the mall of the emirates and nothing else. Its a good 15-20min drive to anywhere. The mall itself is massive but it is a mall.
Service was so -so, I found the reception rather abrupt, but the younger ones were friendly and helpful. Same with the bellboys, they seemed to be lost in their own world. We had alot of luggage but the guys just stood there and looked as we unloaded the taxi and struggled to carry things in.
But overall it was a pleasant 3 nights saty, so I would recommend this hotel

Computers in the lobby were great with free internet and huge displays, but obviously with them being communal sometimes you had to wait to use them and sometimes there would be annoyingly loud children playing games on the machines which made it hard to concentrate on what you were doing.
Hotel staff were all very helpful and nice to deal with. I found they went out of their way to accommodate requests.Great Job Mizan and Gloria and Maryl.

Nice hotels with good facilities. Very strategic location where you can reach Mall of Emirates in 5 min on foot. Close also to metro stations, and Sheikh Zayed road where you have the access to reach anywhere in Dubai

room was absolutely brand new and immaculate. Probably double the size and quality of the Ibis. The rooms were so stylishly designed and finished.
The flatscreen TV had a choice of a few English channels.
the toiletries were virtually full size bottles.
The roof top pool was beautiful. Not massive but big enough to swim properly and very stylishly done.
