The trip was to celebrate our 45th Wedding anniversary. The Hotel is amazing and the staff are fantastic being ultra polite, cheerful, well dressed and nothing to much trouble. The staff at the swimming pool could not have been more friendly and helpful. The food is excellent with so much choice and personal service from the chefs to the restaurant managers being unbelievable. I think the overall service is without doubt the finest that we have encountered anywhere that is why it was our fifth visit to this superb hotel

Overpriced old rooms at the arabian court .Sea Views have been ruined because of the directly facing (Palm) If like me you rely on your blackberry or Ipad for internet connection then beware no wireless service in hotel (Except for the tiny business center/room that closes at 6 pm) after that you can sit outside in the hallway to finish your correspondence. The slowest service at the beach grill, no taxis waiting outside the entrance, the strangest policy of minimum charging a paying hotel guest to sit at the beach lounge (In all my travels a hotel guest gets priority anywhere anytime)
In my opinion the royal mirage has lost it's edge, and for those like me who enjoy staying in resorts to kick back and relax after business meetings ,,,, think twice before booking a room here - the walls are thin the doors are constantly slammed by housekeeping and the ice maker machine adjoins the guest rooms! my room to be exact...

I know Dubais expensive but I just found this hotel a bit too pricey. I was on expenses and felt guilty having a pint for a tenner and the cheapest meal for about 20 quid. Cant complain about the hotel - it's clean and the service is good but it's not the Burj Al Arab so I dont think they should charge the same prices!

I have stayed all over Dubai as it's a main business point for me but I thought this hotel was extremely expensive for the room and extras. We stayed in October and the place was pretty busy but the beer prices seemed to go up everytime we went to the bar (10 pound a pint, 100 pound an average bottle of wine - I know Dubai isn't cheap but come on!)
Service was fine though they only seemed to know there job and not have full knowledge of other areas of the hotel (e.g bar man didn't know check out time etc)
The hotel is lovely just dont drink too much or do on a budget!

This is our fourth stay and yet again the service was faultless and attentive. All staff were eager to show you around welcoming and unfailingly polite.
Food was of a high standard and the variety cant fail to please everyone as there are a good choice of restaurants. The chef in the Rotisserie cooked me a steak though not on the menu as i mentioned how good it was on aprevious stay.
The deluxe Rooms are comfortable clean and well appointed, daily complimentary water, fruit, turn down service i just love that chocolate by my bed.
The spa is well worth a visit for total relaxation
The pool area is probably where i spent most of my time sunbathing the attendents and pool service was excellent this year.

This was our 6th time at OORM (Arabian Court) with a group of 11 people, celebrating my wife's 50th birthday. We were most fortunate in achieving an upgrade to a Falcon Suite which was simply amazing, especially as Auyb our room host was just the most helpful person, anticpating almost all our needs. What keeps us coming back to The Arabian Court is the incredible focus and attention to detail, consistency of fantastic service and the genuine sincerity that all the staff were just so pleased and willing to make your stay with them your best ever. Calibre of beach and pool service was as sharp as ever and in particular, our dinner events at Olives this year, we enjoyed probably the best service I believe we've ever had in any restaurant thanks to our waiter, Ghosh. We had a day out at Atlantis (Aquaventure/ Dolphins etc) - fantastic fun, but could not wait to get back to The Arabian Court.
Quite simply, this place takes great service to a completely new level and a standard that is yet to be matched or beaten by any other hotel resort that I have ever stayed in.
About to book 2011 and i've only been back two weeks !
