As always my stay it ibis mall of emirates are fantastic and brilliant from f and b staff housekeeping to front office and people standing in reception mr ian and mr jefferson are so kind and helpful specially how they engaged with us. F and b staff are so attentive and helpful with our request special mention to ms. shela and ms dong. Our stay very memorable. We surely come back soon..

Staff are great specially Ian who Gave me free early check. And mr seanry and Sheila who are very friendly. Amazing hotel and near to metro station and mall. Room very spacious and clean. Thanks to Jefferson as well to assist me in pool.
