We had a really nice stay with very friendly stuff, especially Hatem.
The hotel has a very good location, you only need 5 Minutes to the Emirates Mall and 10 Minutes to the next metro station. All in all a very nice trip!

A very good hotel,nice location,i really liked every details there especially the warm welcome of the receptionist named HATEM he helped us a lot during out stay,we will be back inchallah as we enjoyed our stay ❤

The hotel is good near to mall of emirates and metro station which is very convenient for us. Upon check in the staff very helpful to gave us free early check in special mr. ian and hatem from the reception. The staff are very kind and helpful every time we need their help. Housekeeping supervisor mt. Vijay help us every time we need something from the rooms. I am very happy with the service. We are in room 387.

We've been really great full and happy of our tour in Dubai everyone was really friendly. The sites we went to are really fantastic.
Intermes of our hotel it was really fantastic. They were very educational and well trained and very good. Miss Camille and Ian is a great hostess and reception who assisted us with every thing in to the smallest details of the room keys that keeps on failing. They were very helpful really ..

i hate i stayed too short. just one night. i wanted to experience their breakfast and the happy hours but i dont have time to do that for i stayed only a night. maybe next time i will be staying for long. the room is clean and i feel like home. the bed is so comfy. i like the setting of the room. so niceand convenient. i like the hotels idea also of the 15 minutes for the request.. in less than 15 minhtes you will get what you requested 24/7. actually i receive my request iness than 10 minutes only... good service amd amazing staff. check in and out is so fast. thanks to one of the front office guy IAN for my late check out and of course with his great smile. he makes my day. and to all the housekeeping staff you are all fantastic.
i will visit again but i will stay a long days.
