Staff are awesome and friendly specially Ian and hateem. Hotel wise specially for the location which is near by to Mall of emirate and metro station. Breakfast is less option but it was delicious. I am very happy for the services of the management specially the front desk staff Ian and hateem.More

I am so happy for the great welcome of the staf name hatem and ian.both staff are amazing because they gave me free early check in amd they not allowed me to stay up to 2pm. Lication is great to metro station and mall of Emirates. Again thank you for being so great.

Ibis was one of economic and affordable option according to my selection criteria.
Couple of remarks on breakfast food variety and quality as well the room interior decoration is too dull and old with poor lighting.
On other-hand; housekeeping services is up to professional level.

All the staff is good specially thank you to Ian and Kiran hateem. They gave me free early check in. Breakfast is good bit less variety and the location was good near to the metro station and mall of Emirates. Transfer to the beach is awesome and the beach was so great. Again thank you to Ian who's helping us too much and he always keep smiling. We definitely come back again here soon.
