I was staying at the hotel for one night only with a late check in at around 10pm. Front Office staff was nice (but not "wow" ing). Room was clean and in good condition. 2 comp waters in the minibar. Queen size bed instead of an advertised king sized one. But overall was the room a good value for money.

Bathrooms are not too big but again in this segment of hotels worth the money (shower drain was not working properly and the integrated shampoo dispenser was still sealed with a plastic cover which i needed to remove with a knife)

Breakfast I did not use.

Check out was done within 2 seconds as no deposit has been asked for while check in.

Overall: Good value for money if you do not want to stay a lot within the hotel.More

Ibis - Marites' Review

Room is very organized and clean. When you need a service, room service staff will assist immediately. THe thing that is quite unlikely is, you have to get the ice from downstairs, even dinner plates and utensils, that we have to get from restaurant. But overall is very good especially the courteousness of reception staff. They are all accommodating. Breakfast is also amazing, I like the pineapple juice too much.

I like ibis mall of emirates

In shik zayed road near to Dubai mall and emirates Excellent for economy rating very clean bed's and quite rooms... It's my first choose to visit dubai thanks to Ivan for your smile and hospitality kabayan

Good location and value for the energetic.

Nice location and staff, decent breakfast. No frills but good value. About a 5-10 minute walk in the open from Mall of the Emirates. Not convenient to walk if you are carrying a lot of shopping. Convenience stores nearby. Taxis easily available from outside. Access to Metro (about 15 minute walk) from inside Mall of the Emirates.

Room tip: Higher floor, away from vending and ice machines would be quieter.

Best Choice - Recommended

I have been there twice.The Ibis Hotel is right across the Mall of the Emirates. The Interiors, especially, the Reception is very well maintained. The Rooms are sized reasonably. The frontdesk staff is very helpful. The menu, especially the Breakfast, offers excellent choices and the bar is also well designed. Wifi network could have been better, even reception kiosks were very slow. Otherwise, an excellent choice. Looking forward to going back again

Excellent hotel for the budget conscious

Very helpful front desk staff. Food from restaurant excellent. Room small and outdated but comfortable for the price and air conditioning works well. Breakfast is included and sufficient. 5 mins walk to the Mall of the Emirates which is a huge plus seeing that the temperature was around 40C. Easy to get taxi if required and cost of taxi pretty reasonable.
