“Very good although very expensive..”
Reviewed March 20, 2013 via mobile

Very good day and staff are excellent.
Kelsey was a a great asset.
Very educational - good to know our wee dolphin was rescued as it was blind as I am not really keen on wild animals kept captive.
Photos very good but very expensive..
Got access to water park - very good rides, not too wild.
Sun beds very close together and people reserved them all day with towels.
We ended up moving to Barracuda area more sun beds but not too many people...

“Alls well that ends well - poor or disabled visitors PLEASE READ”
Reviewed March 19, 2013

First of all this place is expensive, in fact let me say again it is very expensive, we paid over 400GBP for 2 adults and a child and the expense only starts there given the ludicrously overpriced pictures.

Secondly it is very commercial and slick with continuous groups of up to 10 people doing different experiences and cameramen will take a snap of everything.

It is unique in that you get to touch and kiss and cuddle the dolphins and you should have learnt something about them after the experience.

Note that you have to be a very good swimmer for the adventure and be confident in shallow and waist height water especially with small ones, it isn't as easy as they make it appear.

Being disabled I was slower than most and had to shout very loudly to get the trainers attention and eventually had to complain as they took no account of the fact that I was disabled in charge of a three year old so please make sure in advance they are aware of any special needs otherwise they may just plough on and leave you to it as they did with me.

To be fair to them we got a full apology and some goodies to make up for the initial disappointment.

The initial briefing was pretty lacklustre but overall a worthwhile if expensive treat but do your homework first.

“What a blast”
Reviewed March 15, 2013

I did the "Royal Swim" and would consider doing it again even though it's not cheap. Be ready to spend more money buying photos if you don't have a freind on the beach taking pictures. I spent $60 for 4 pics...but worth it. A MUST for dolphin lovers!

“Pretty setting, but not enough time”
Reviewed March 14, 2013

As with everything in the Atlantis, this is a very expensive experience! I don't feel like they offer enough time with the dolphin for the price they charge, and even though they do have private experiences available they will cost you a lot! For little kids who are not confident swimmers yet and can't participate in the swim with the dolphin program, a reasonable alternative is doing the photo fun which includes a picture with the dolphin and even though it's not cheap it won't cost an arm and a leg.
Attentive staff and nice setting, dolphins look well cared for.
