Clean. Stacy, service very good. Easy to get anywhere from the hotel. The mall of Dubai is a few steps away. Food is good and many choices of restaurants. If you choose an apartment especially with a balcony you can have the advantage of a kitchen and all utensils.. I highly recommend the hotel.

Stayed at the penthouse with friends during Halloween and I can say it beats all other hotels with views of burj khalifa. The suite itself is the best bachelor party you can have in Dubai!
Not much needed to say except it is a must visit.

Arriving at the Address Downtown Dubai you feel immediately like royalty. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Downtown Dubai close to everything (DIFC, Fountains, Restaurants, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall). The service was very professional and the amenities more than enough. The breathtaking view from the pool overlooking the Burj Khlalifa made my stay all worth it. The rooms are glamorous with a twist of modern. Expensive but worth it if you can afford it.
