Nice hotel, great kids pool for toddlers. rooms are very spacious. shops/ resto around the hotel area and around the water. big park just around the corner for kids to play in. easy to reach from highway.

We had a one bedroom apartment and it was big. Proper kitchen (with washing machine and dish washer), balcony, living room, dinner table, 1.5 baths, enough closet space. Good for long term stay if you're looking for one. Wifi was good. Everything was as clean as you would expect. Staff were courteous and helpful.
Swimming pool was located outside on the ground level. Not the most inviting pool but it was ok. Gym looked pretty good.
The hotel is located in quiet hotel/residental/office area. The high rises are around a lake and there are few shops and restaurants in the area. It's nice to be able to take a walk around the lake. Something that's not possible everywhere in this car city.
Location is also within walking distance to Damac (Dubai Marina) metro station from where it's easy access to the sights in the city. You can also walk to the Dubai Marina, atleast in the cooler months. Also Ibn Battuta bus station is only two metro stops / short taxi ride away for easy access to buses to Abu Dhabi and elsewhere in Emirates.
There was a note that renovations will start in the hotel at 15h June 2016.

it's far from interesting places of traveler but facilities are very good! it's better a long stay because of kitchen, lundry machine as well as large rooms. If you have a car, it's the best place to stay!:)

Really great position for just about everything and nice food and shops all close.
Apartments made you feel at home. Some rooms could have a little paint touch up and if you can leave the air con OFF and let people who are visiting decide if they want it on especially as during the normal winter months Dubai is cool at night.
