This is first and foremost an international, all-day buffet restaurant, with a similar offering to the venues you would find in other Dubai hotels. There are very few buffet venues that offer premium quality food in Dubai but they're usually priced at a hefty premium. Not the case with Choices. The food is overall above average and reasonably priced compared to other venues of lower quality. The nice thing about the Friday brunch is that it offers, on top of the usual international buffet, a selection from each of the hotel's à-la-Carte restaurants. So you have a selection of Thai food from the Blue Elephant, Japanese from Benihana, meat from Rodeo Grill and a Lebanese selection from Mawal. The desserts are where Choices falls short and are not worth the calorie intake. There is also a dedicated children's area, in case your kids don't feel like eating and prefer playing instead. There are 2 seating areas, one in the main restaurant, which looks modern and has a typical buffet restaurant atmosphere and another 'outside', i.e. practically in the hotel's huge main lobby, where the atmosphere is not that special at all. Overall a good choice for a Friday brunch with the family, with something to satisfy every taste.
