We reached Esfahan at 9 pm and since we were living off Imam square decided to dine here. We got there around 10pm, pretty late and deserted. The bazaar below was shutting down as well, and the staff at the restaurant seemed restless too.
But the ambience is gorgeous. The seating is traditional irani takhts or bed, very tastefully done. We ordered alot and the food was okay, I found their version of Dizi slightly bland and not flavoured well, however the Khoresht e Bademjan was really delicious.
I would recommend that you do visit this restaurant, perhaps during normal hours of the day or night and also do try the Khoresht e Bademjan.
