“The most beautiful bridge in Esfahan”
Review of Siosepol Bridge

Reviewed April 9, 2015

This amazing bridge is a popular meeting place in Esfahan. This was our second visit to Iran and Esfahan and we were happy to see the river full of water this time. The best time to see the bridge is at sunset and in the evening, when the lights make it very romantic.

Best thing about the bridge - apart from the history, is crossing the river by foot. It is a little slippery and the part nearest to the city centre has fiercer water flow (but quite manageable). At night it is lit up and very beautiful.

We went there in the evening, when all the light were on. It was romantic and beautifull. Great place to be with friends.

There was not water in the river, but the bridge is still look stunning and amazing at night when the lights are up. there is a good chance also to walk there and talk to the Iranian people who have many things to say.

Very impressive bridge although the river has dried up. Nice shaded park to relax or enjoy a picnic.
