best to go in winter when the river has water, or on Friday, which is the Muslim Sunday, when men sing their songs under the bridge

“The sound of romance”
Reviewed August 23, 2012

After visiting the tomb of professor Arthur Upham Pope and his wife an expert on persian art , walking across Zayandehrood river, under the arches of KHAJOU bridge especially in the evening of a holiday with the sound of sitar and other traditional instrument played by young Isfahani people gave me the feeling of walking through the legend of love and created the desire of singing as well . This bridge has been built during Safavid(1650CB.) serving as bridge and dam ,its artistic tiles and structure can reflect the beauty of Persian architecture and deserved it to be a masterpiece.

“Romantic walk”
Reviewed July 12, 2012

Enjoy the river scene at evening. Don't forget walking in the lower corridor and dare a little singing. The echo will get you.
