This was recommended to me as the best Lebanese restaurant in Jeddah, so expectations were high. Not sure it's the best one, but probably it is the most expensive.
Good things first: good location, nice view of the corniche, dedicated parking and nice décor.
Food is not on par with setup. Hommus is an acid test for Lebanese place and this one was bland and tasteless with meat pieces of chewing gum texture and consistency, one that's been chewed for few days, that is.
Fattoush was OK, the best part being ripe ingredients used.
Kebab kashkash was bad, too soft and tasteless, looked and tasted like McDonalds patty. It was obvious concentrated tomatoes were used for the sauce, complete disgrace.
Service is untrained and slow. For prices asked, you don't expect servers to drop plates from the other side of the table. Servers brought tray next to my table (located in the middle of a nearly empty restaurant) and started preparing food for another table at least 5 meters away. Completely clueless.
Definitely not the place I would visit for food. Or service. Hmmmm.
