I have visited the restaurant in the hotel and then i decided to stay in the lobby to have my coffee waiting for a friend. I asked the person who is working there if they have a Wi Fi connection then he asked me to check with the reception. Once i asked the guy in the reception he informed me rudely that he can not give me a WI-FI connection as im not staying in the hotel. I told him I will pay for that no problem for me at all. then he told me if we give you WIFI connection you will disturb the other guest connections who are staying the Room. Dhaaaa, this is the worst answer I got in my whole life. I felt not welcomed and no sense of Customer Service at all in a hotel which should be a great chain 5 stars hotel.
I think the hotel should also pay attention for guests who are visiting the restaurants as well and not to downsize them. We are paying money it could be even more than the staying guests payment.
Regardless the nice location and the nice environment of the Hotel. I dont think I will be coming back again to this hotel at all.More
