Pullman Al Hamra Hotel

Rooms are dark and tired but ok. The restaurant serves so so food but the breakfast is good.
The Mall nearby is good and offers a good selection of shops and dining after 8pm prayers.
Get a room on the back as the front is very noisy. The wifi there is excellent and free with a comfortable lobby.

Starts with bad booking policies, to downtrodden rooms, no power outlets or decent office services for a business traveller to waiters who undertsnad nothing to a surly staff at reception, to those who are actually rude...except (Kumar thank him )...
The whole experience is just stressful ! Go to the Movenpick !

Room Tip: no....................in general try to avoid.....

The rooms are very used and need urgently a renovation. The rooms facing the Falestine road are very noisy from early morning until far past midnight.
At breakfast there was only one person for cleaning the tables, printing bills and preparing omelets. You had to force him for making omelets or leave without.

The only benefit of this hotel is its central location and a well equipped gym.

I am currently staying in this hotel. Hotel is gud enough but in no way can called as 5 Star.
Resturnt staff need very much training. Basic thing they need to tought tht... There need to be an additional empty plate required to eat a pizza. Person can not directly start eating from the main plate... Coffee making also need to teach them.
Being Vegeterian is a big pain to be here... Bcz u'll not found anything Veggie other than Salad.
Room & Bed are OK for single person... But first time I realise that KING SIZE bed can even be smaller than QUEEN SIZE lol :-)
Overall OK Sort of hotel... But better to check for other nearby option also befoe finalisin to stay here...

Once upon a time, it was a nice five stars hotel in Jeddah.... You can see the former glorious past of this hotel, but now it is just a souvenir. I confess it was not that bad as expected after reading the reviews here, but it is definitely not a five stars hotel anymore. The carpets are plenty of stains, the washrooms have leakages everywhere and the lobby is smokey; but I have to say that the staff is helpfull and nice. They have tried to answer to all my demands. The breakfast is excellent and the beds are comfortable.

Hello, I stayed in this hotel having high expectations as this is upgraded from Sofitel to Pullman. I was also expecting more because of the value charged USD 201+

I dont think I will stay in this one again. The parking lot and hotel sorroundings seemed filthy. There is no direct access to the hotel from the parking lot.

I checked about the drop to the airport and Concierge mentioned not to book the airport drop with the hotel reservation but to do it through him which so completely put me off, I decided to take a taxi.
