Loaction a bit outside, but nice and small hotel, very nice that it is located a bit away from the noisy streets (where you would find other hotels)

The hotel is located between a pagoda and the nam khane river, 5 mn by bicycle to town . The buildings are in the typical architectural style of Luang Prabang , in a charming garden . I travelled with my sons (8 and 12), they also love the place as they can play and run in the garden.
The breakfast is delicious with fresh juice and French bread, croissant . You can also order an American breakfast with eggs or an Asian breakfast with fried rice or pho the noodle soup. The staff is very kind , and the owners will give you advices for tours or restaurants . You will be able to enjoy the new swimming pool in a few months. Will go back again next year

Stayed 3 nights in this hotel and really enjoyed it.
Rocked to sleep by chanting monks and sqicky old floors, it felt very authentic and special. The days were spiced up by the idea of coming back to the hotel. Breakfast was basic but pleasantly served and the staff was friendly. We used bicycles provided by the hotel to visit the town. Very much enjoyable stay.

The hotel is far away from the city center. Consists of several buildings, in part in renovation - there was noise ; located next to a monastery.
The the room is nice but not fancy. The blanket was dirty and when we have asked to replace it we were told by the receptionist that the keys of the linen store with the owner and he is not there. He didn’t arrived to open the warehouse; we slept with only a sheet and were freezing cold. We have not received any compensation for this night.
The breakfast was basic: every morning we have to ask for products, not offered voluntarily. Was not value for money.
