We were lucky enough to stumble upon this fairly recently opened place in Luang Prabang. Honestly, most of the neighbours are tourist traps with menu's a mile long, and with food tasting exactly the same for that mile.
Therefore, we appreciated the effort at Tangor. Even if some of the staff left the owners during the Lao New Year, we appreciated the effort to make quality food. True, the spring rolls can be better, but honestly, all the other food was very good. Congratulations.
