Description: Rosella Fusion Restaurant is a friendly, family owned restaurant in the centre of Luang Prabang. Customers enjoy meals on our wooden terrace overlooking the beautiful Nam Khan river. The cuisine is a mixture of Lao and Western and is crafted by our Australian qualified Lao chef. It's a great place for lunch and dinner as well as a relaxing afternoon, watching local life on the riverbank, and a well priced evening cocktail.

“Delicious food, excellent value”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

Enjoyed a lovely meal at the Rosella Fusion restaurant. Great location set beside the Nam Khan river, with relatively few tables (quite intimate), and nice ambience. Food was delicious - highly recommend the Pad Lao (particularly if you fancy a change from sticky rice) and the Egg Plant stir fry with beef. Also great value - at 85,000 kip, the cheapest meal that we had & included two large Beerlao! One very good waitress doing an excellent job serving all tables. Highly recommend.

“Unique Expereince”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

A really unique dining experience. This is the busiest restaurant in Luang Prabang by far. Either get there early or reserve ahead. You choose what you want to eat from a large buffet and then cook it yourself at the table. Beer is cheap too at 10000 Kip ($1.25) for a 640 ml. bottle of BeerLao.

“Some of the best food in town”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

Set in a beautiful setting on the Nam Khan River with just a handful of tables, you will be served by the friendliest of staff and the most tasty Lao food in town for an incredibly reasonable price. The dishes are delicious and fresh without the use of MSG. Even for those on a tight budget are satisfied. Often very full so make sure to have ample time to wait or reserve in advance.

“Loved the fish salad!”
Reviewed February 2, 2013

My wife is a "vegetarian" (Pescatarian). I'm not, but this restaurant had the best Laotian vegetable and fish dishes. Better in our estimation than the oft-lauded Tamarind restaurant. Good meaty dishes as well.
