The food here is very nice, but comes in quite large portions, so don't order too much if you aren't hungry. The service is very good, and you will usually get every tiny detail you asked for. The dining room is quite open air, but not completely outside (no doors - but has AC). You will enjoy this restaurant!

We had the set Laos menu at this attractive restaurant as part of a tour. We were the only people in the restaurant, so you would have thought they'd be happy to leave us take our time over the courses - but, no sooner had we put our cutlery down after each course, than the next appeared!

But, in fairness, we thought it was good food. "She" liked the soup; "he" thought it was okay. The sweet & sour chicken dish was good and the penang-like pork (with green beans) was very good. Standard fresh fruit for desert.

The food here has no local flavor. We tried 3 dishes and all could be made in Europe, you donr need to come here. It is beautifully located on a bank of a river

Came for Lunch last week as other cafes were fully booked. We were seated in the garden which was charming.Free wifi if you ask for the code. The service is extremely slow and not very professional. One waiter was very friendly but several others tended to our table and were not so nice. I had the green papaya salad which was a bit too spicy and the cold spring rolls which were OK. My mum had the chicken and bacon salad and it came with a heavy mayonnaise dressing. When she asked for oil and vinegar, they had no idea of what it was and brought her back a bottle of Maggi!!! My dad wanted some fish and they had none, so he resorted to the crispy seaweed which was not so appetizing.I had the coconut juice served in the coconut shell which was fun and a good lao coffee, even if a bit lukewarm. Overall, there are many much better places to have lunch in Luang Prabang.

Had lunch here as part of a large group of 37 people. This was our first experince in Laos after a very long and tiring journey from the U.K. It was a great place to revive our flagging spirits. The food was served efficiently and was delicious, and there was plenty of it.
