“Beautiful Land Mark of Karachi.”
Reviewed April 12, 2013

Three sword monument is infact located in the centre of a very busy traffic intersection in Clifton. It was built in 70's by Peoples party as their party symbol was sword at that time. The three numer of swords based on Father of Nation Mr. Muhammad Ali Jinnah's three point principle Unity, Faith & Dicipline. All three have gone and only monument is left.
It is worth seeing for a new commer to Karachi....

“Monumental and strategically placed....”
Reviewed March 23, 2013

The monument is pretty much central to the Clifton area and marks its beginning. It has the words Unity, Faith and Discipline inscribed on the three marble swords. Built on the orders of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, it depicts his electoral symbol. The architectural design, clarity and placement of the monument on the round-about is commendable. Although it is difficult to stand beside it and be photographed along side it due to heavy traffic, the monument can be photographed from any side of the round-about. On special occasion the monument is decorated in festive colors and looks decorative.

“Nothing Special”
Reviewed October 14, 2012

It was built in 1970s with the then political party's election symbol. There is nothing special about it.The swords are beautiful to look at and in the middle of the road so you cannot miss it when you are going to clifton.See as you go.
