Travelled as a family (2 adults and 2 kids 10 months and 2 years 10 months) in April/May on All Inclusive and found the hotel very nice, yet some space for improvement remains. We liked the room (clean and modern), pools, beach (sandy, empty and clean) and the buidling. The Kids center is fantastic although we only used its facilities and not the babysitting. The a-la-carte dining possibilities are great but we did not use them too much. While the food and service were good, we felt it does not really deserve the 5 stars. Often, we were not offered drinks at lunch or dinner until very late, the choice of food at the Mosaique restaurant was somewhat narrow after a few days and the beach bar and the afternoon snacks for all inclusive had constant issues- equipment not working, staff not aware of what drinks are available, same drinks done differently by different barmen etc. Tipping staff seems to be the way to go to get decent service (which I don't understand). Smoking in the building may seem awkward to a European nowadays. Be aware that this hotel has business travellers, weekend guests as well as package holiday travellers like us who all want very different things.

We stayed at this hotel recently with 2 children (aged 4 and 8 months) and had an enjoyable experience. The hospitality was fantastic from the reception, concierge to restaurant staff. The kid's club was great and deserves a special mention. We thank Narjess, Wafa, Najda and Nadia at the kid's club for their time and dedication. Both children loved going there. The only disappointment for us was the size of the room. As we are a family of 4, after putting the sofa bed down and placing the travel cot next to our bed there was hardly any space left! We mentioned this to the guest relations and they informed us that all the rooms were the same size so nothing could be done about this. Apart from that the hotel looked luxurious and we really liked the huge foyer by reception and the attentive staff. We were half-board so had breakfast & dinner at buffet restaurant. The food was good. We especially liked the tunisian food and wished there was more! All in all a lovely hotel.

Room Tip: with a sea view

Excellent service by a very friendly staff, everything up to international standards.
Ask for sea-view (a bit noisy on the street-side) and free Wifi.
Do not attend the "japanese" show-cooking, this is a rip off.
Stayed there for 4 days on a golf-trip.

Room Tip: Ask for sea-view (a bit noisy on the street-side) and free Wifi.
