We are in the final stages of planning our 3-week trip to Egypt, Jordan, and Israel. In trying to squeeze in as much as we can to see of Egypt during the first leg of our trip, we have about 7-8 hours between flights from Egypt to Jordan that we wanted to use to see the Great Pyramid and Sphinx.
TripAdvisor has been my go-to resource for 15+ years of trip planning and the reviews on Ramasside on TA convinced us to book their Cairo Layover Tour.
Yes, as some have noted, the price may be higher than others, but for around $100/per person which includes lunch, transportation to/from airport and sites, secure luggage, and entry fees into the sites is a value as far as we are concerned.
The communication with our contact, Miss Nada Yehia, has been prompt, friendly and professional. She has listened to our interests and customized our tour to start st 7:00AM when we arrive at the airport from Aswan.
The booking process gives me confidence that our tour in May will be just as excellent as the service we have received.
Sites like TA are invaluable for helping travelers like us make decisions regarding our trips. Ramasside is very savvy to harness the power of such resources by asking us to post reviews of our experiences (thus far). I am happy to do so because, thus far, it has been superb. When you’re traveling to a far away country where safety is of top priority, having this kind of professional service gives one peace of mind.
We look forward to our trip with Ramasside and to posting an update after our tour.
