The rooms have a great impact, the furniture is new and everything is well equipped, a real pleasure for our 2 nights experience. The painting of the room, the tv, the very nice accessories make a nice atmosphere. The interior design of the building was great. One of the most beautiful hotels I have seen in Romania. Very good quality at a good price.

Arcadia is also very close to the sea (around 150m). The beach is quiet, clean and pretty big. It would be the perfect place to relax on the beach as you have enough space between you and the next 'neighbor'.

The breakfast was good (it had almost everything you might need), but still a has a long way to go to reach the same standard as the hotel.

It is located at 2 km north of Mamaia, as a stand alone complex, which is a minus but I guess this is the price to pay for enjoying such a lovely place. Given the distance, we preferred eating at the local restaurant (they have 3) of Arcadia, where the food was not great and pretty expensive.

This is a place to stay, probably the only one in the area. Extremely high standards. We stayed at the smaller hotel, located near the beach. What a room... nice decorated, well equipped, everything was nice, clean an new. New technology, nice staff. Try this place, you won't regret it. Competitive price for what it is offered.
Breakfast: good, warm&cold starters, but can be improved to reach the hotel's standards.
Highly recommended!

Room Tip: Choose a sea view room, it worth it.

The rooms itself are impressive. Decor is real nice and their are big enough. Free wifi worked nicely and flat tv was not locked but without many channels. Shower is too small and cheap.

The beach is 3 minutes walk from the hotel and it is lovely. Car parking is free and convenient. The hotel is located on the north of mamaia so own transport is a must. Spa zone is huge and really beautiful.

Breakfast is below average, not a 5stars by any standard. Staff does not speak good English and is close to being rude. What they say on previous reviews about stupid rules and inflexibility is completely true.

Price is fine for European standards but pretty expensive for Romania,  but probably will be back again.

I've been 4 nights with jaipor flat and one double room paying 1950 euro. Our sun (8 yrs) was not allowed into the flat so we've took the grandmothers and we've took for them the double room. The hotel is excellent. Jaipor flat was in indian style and we've been impressed by the interior design. We overpassed the insatisfactions related with the restrictions to our sun (no kids in SPA and neither in flats) when we've seen the overall atmosphere which was excellent. The place is stylish having very good services as hotel with a clean and very nice beach (you'll walk 200 m from the hotel to the beach). It's a quite place suitable especially if you want to relax. The restaurants are notat the same level with the hotel and here they should work more to improve the services. The food is good but they have minuses on serving (I've paid 55 eur for a bottle of excelent Romanian red wine and they didn't know how to serve it).
For me was the best place seen on Romanian Black Sea coast exceeding by far what Vega is providing. If they'll bring the restaurants at the same level with the hotel the place will be perfect.

We've been there several times and stayied at the Arcadia Boutique Hotel. In our opinion is much nicer than Arena, the resort's 5 star hotel, which is far from the sea (at the other end of the resort, close to the road).
Arcadia is on the beach, all the hotel is beautifully decorated, even the smallest rooms, it offers a private beach with sun loungers that are far enough from each other so yo have some privacy, you can order food and drinks directly on the beach, the restaurant is very nice (Arcadia restaurant), but the kitchen closes pretty early (11pm) etc.
The beach is well maintained, clean and extremely large. It is a quiet place so if you are looking for noisy crowds, all sort of music heard at the same time from different directions this is not the place for you. You will like it if you enjoy having a quiet time on the beach reading, relaxing, swimming etc without needing to go far from shore to have some space etc.

The resort is generally fully booked for weeks in advance during high season so make sure you plan ahead.

It is close to Mamaia so you can either go by car or taxi (about 10min drive) if you want to go to a club, restaurant etc in the evening.

Room Tip: I recommend staying in the superior room with sea view, it is worth the price difference compared to the standard double.
