The greatness of this place is definitely in the decor and ambiance. Full Belle Époque splendour. A little smokey at any time of day to really enjoy the food, but that's pretty common in Romania. The food is pretty good. We went a few times and tried a few different dishes. It's nothing to write home about, but you probably won't leave wanting to head down the street to McDonalds.
