Me and my girlfriend were looking for an international cuisine restaurant and found Old Lisbon hidden on the streets of Sibiu.
Despite appearances, this is a not too expensive place that offers delicious portugese dishes and more importantly great portugese (and south african) wines.
We had mushroom soup ( which was served nicely decorated) and each a seafood dish (spicy trout with hash browns and baked bass with garlic potatoes respectively). A very friendly and knowledgeable manager named Cristi recommended the perfect accompaning wine (a local sort).
All in all it was a great dining experience (complete with mostly portugese fado with a few pop songs in spanish - unfortunately) which left us wanting something similar in our home town.
