if you are not bothered by the fact that the hotel is part of a mall and business centre than this is the right hotel for you.
Given that is one of the highest buildings around it offer some magnificent views.
I usually recommend small hotels when traveling for tourism, but given that I traveled for business this hotel was a perfect fit.
Definitely on to recommend.

Me and my family stayed 2 nights here。Service was good ，personel was friendly。Just in the shopping mall so convenient for everything。20 minutes walking distance to Old City。Breakfast is good。Same kind of hotel would be much more expensive in other cities of Europe。Thanks。❤️

The room are decorated nicely, simple and clean, so definitely no complaints. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, which is has many shops and supermarket, if you have time, definitely worth checking out. Only down side of the hotel is the breakfast as variety was limited.

Hotel is situated on 8th and 9th floor of Mepas shopping mall and reception is on a ground floor. However, you can reach hotel from shopping mall only by elevator - if you have a key card to one of hotel rooms, or to go out and enter via reception. Two elevators in mall are dedicated mainly for hotel guests. Hotel also povides free parking in underground garage, and elevators can be approached also from the garage. Location of hotel is pretty central however you still will have to walk some 25 minutes to reach old part of the town and the Old bridge. With all the shops, reastaurants, cafes in the mall there is also multiplex cinema running new films, some of them in 3D (Alien Covenant was the latest film I saw at the time of visit). nearby you can find head office of UniCredit bank, building with various Federation of BiH ministries, Due to large watersupply and sewage works in town it is not so easy to reach the hotel unless you are familiar with detours, but hopefuly works will be completed in the vicinity later this summer. Check in was efficient and youn staff at reception very helful and kind. There is also a nice cafe at the ground floor. Rooms are spatious and comfortable, and AC was on even the weather was not so warm as it gets during the peak of the summer. Bathroom was in particular large, with both shower and bathtub and lot of space to walk between the two. I believe room windows cannot be opened. Room has a safe and wifi is free (covers not only the hotel but shopping mall as well, however I had issues with its speed at certain times. Bed was comfortable and nice to sleep in. Breakfast is offered on 8th floor as a buffet, with nice choice of cold cuts, eggs, cheese, cereals, fruits, cakes. my main remark would be there are too many tables in breakfast room, which makes them too close one to another. As rooms are situated on outer side of the building, all of them have a view on surrounding hills and city around hotel, maybe easten side view (towards Neretva river which however you cannot see from the hotel) would be nicer for my taste ten the others but there is no big difference. Hotel also has a spa a wellness with swiming pool, I have not visited it but I saw it in period of construction and believe they are very nice. Slippers and bathrobe are in the closet within the room. Towels, even made in Turkey, are soft and of a good (but not top) quality. Cleanliness is on a very high level. Given the price I pad for the room (I used double room as a single) this hotel is for Western standards a bargain, but of course it is not a budget hotel. They accept credit cards, for sure Visa and Mastercard.

Checking in was very quick and staff very good!
Room was large, quiet and ok. Used the laundry service, and got it back before 08:00 the day after. Expensive but good service!
The main reason I only give this hotel a 3 rating, is the breakfast. Poor is to put it nicely. This is of course my opinion, and I'm sure that other people would be satisfied with what was offered. I expect more of a hotel in this class!
