We stayed two nights here the room was beautifully furnished and the staff very attentive and helpful. Beautiful gardens and buildings an oasis and only a short walk from the Old Bridge. We would definitely return should we be in the region again.

The Muslibegovic House is both a sight and a place to stay, and this review is in regards to the latter. We stayed here for our one night in Mostar and fully recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet stay in Mostar away from bigger hotels that aim for larger tourist groups. The house is tucked away on a street that's in a quiet residential neighborhood, but an easy walk from all the sights around the Old Bridge. Our room was in the actual museum itself, and was the perfect blend between old world features (four poster bed, wood floors, cushioned seats against all walls, and we had to take our shoes off before entering!) and modern features (new bathroom fixtures, wireless, air conditioning). Additionally the hosts made us feel completely at home and comfortable during our short stay. Fully recommended for those looking to stay in a place that provides more of a feel for Mostar than a staid hotel.

The place is brilliant and offers a lot in terms of experience. The service is outstanding and the attention to detail at every step (from interior design, cleanliness to breakfast) is quite impressive. The rates charged are also extremely reasonable for Mostar! I definitely recommend the Muslibegovic House as a place to stay!! The fact that the hotel is a museum is cool. Not only do you spend the night in a lovely place, but you also get a feel of Mostar's culture and history. Simply brilliant!

Lovely old house in centre of Mostar. House belongs to a Muslim family who used to be the local beys during Ottoman times.

House also doubles as a musuem. All rooms are fitted out in typical Ottoman decor (beautiful). This means there is no TV!

Owner is lovely. He doesn't have great English, but he speaks Spanish (I found out he used to live near to wife's home in Spain for 3 years!).
