Much more than a hotel room, more a suite, or a studio apartment. Helpful staff. Great breakfast spread. The only negatives are minor ones: 1. no elevator, although the views from the top level make it worth the climb; 2. located near, not in, the old town itself --- a minor disappointment.

The entrance to this hotel is on a side street and not very attractive. Once inside, however, the dining room has a surprising, sumptuous almost Tardis-like quality. Rooms are modern and comfortable, possibly a little small to make 4****, staff ssmart and helpful. Good location, close to the Old Bridge and main town, a few hundred metres walk. Recommended.

Room Tip: Long way up the stairs to the top, OK if you're fit!!

We booked one night through hotels.com, which has fact sheet with:
Free onsite parking
Security parking
The hotel actually does not have its own parking lot even no street parking. We parked near by secured parking lot, and hotel owner came to pick up us and refuse to pay (5 euro overnight to 10 AM). The hotel should not mislead us to book this hotel for having parking but actually it doesn't have.

This hotel is situated in the center of Mostar. The room was spacious with two big beds, a small kitchenette with a fridge and a big balcony with view over the old town and one of the Mosques with the Minaret.A short walk to the famous bridge. The personell was kind and helpful.

I really liked the staff as did my girlfriend. They were all really nice, friendly, and accommodating.

The location is fantastic to see the Stone Bridge. Parking is right across and a tiny bit across the street. For only Euros 5 per night, parking is guarded.

Breakfast is great and late night beer while uploading photos was a found memory. Room was large and clean and came with a kitchen. I'd stay again. Loved the city and wish we had more than two nights.

Let me repeat; the staff was fantastic. Really nice people.

Room Tip: Probably lower floor as no elevators, but they will happily help with luggage.

Great service, best location, good price, awesome reach delicious breakfast (I still dream about it) and we took the cheapest room.

We booked the cheapest room and got (for some reason) a room for 4 people, which was wide and comfortable. The staff was great, lovely and took a great care of us, they even went to pay for our parking instead of us.

Every question or complain result with an instant reply.

*** important ***
We parked near the hotel, at the "secured" parking lot (there are two). In one of the mornings a gypsy stabbed our tire because we didn't gave him any money. We Highly recommend everyone to park near the parking lot entrance and not near the hotel.

Room Tip: Park near the parking lot entrance. Taste the Baklava!

The service was outstanding, all hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was bright and clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious. It was also a great bargain for the price. Walking distance to anywhere in town. Highly recommend .
