This is a lovely hotel. So lovely in fact that being a Best Western does not do justice to this hotel.
Staff are very friendly and as others have pointed out they all speak english very well. The hotel is located in the port close to everything. Rooms are nice (old style) and getting a room overlooking the port is certainly a nice thing to have. Windows can be opened fully which these days is something so be happy about.
Internet is free and fast.
Breakfast was SUPER. Loved the selection of Ukranian cold cuts and also the nice salads. A MUST EAT is the Cirniki (little cottage cheese baked).
Room was clean.Very clean.
A restaurant near by to try is the Black Sea. Amazing food. Loved it and they are using a charcoal grill inside the restaurant.
Loved the hotel. Loved Sevastopol. Would love to come back.
