During the cold war, Russia built a secret submarine repair facility which is now open for tours. It is built into the side of a hill with channels and drydocks many of which can be accessed on concrete walkways. There is also a small museum about the Crimean war. This is a fascinating addition to the usual museums and churches. I went ther on a tour, dont know how much a private cab would be. Not suitable for wheel chairs
