Wonderful, spacious rooms, clean and modern. Very friendly owner, helpful and spoke good english. Only s short taxiride from modern, downtown Pristina, but also plenty to look at just walking out from the hotel. Will recomend to use this hotel if you are visiting Pristina!

Stayed 1 night at €35. Excellent value for money and the kind of room you wish you were walking into in every new city. The room was huge and modern with air con, TV, fridge sitting area and modern functional bathroom. Very comfortable double bed gave a great sleep. Outside balcony. Staff welcoming and helpful. Good location and an easy 7 minute walk into the main square. Supermarket and bakery right across the street. You could easily stay here long term. Breakfast included and very filling with great coffee, yoghurt, fruit and omelette. Deserving of its #1 ranking.

Just back from three weeks in the Balkans, nine hotels, this was THE BEST. Family run, a very large comfortable room, and just two city blocks to great resturants, but there is a nice bakery just across the street, and a grocery as well. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast as well.

Room Tip: Any room is good.

I chose it from trip advisor based on the reviews of other customers.
I found out that all of the comments were true.
It is a small hotel, honest, with spacy rooms and very friendly owners.
Great value for money with basic facilities. No swimming pool, no fitness center but nice environment, clean rooms (you have to search for details to find something to blame), satisfactory wi-fi, simple but good and tasty breakfast and above all a very hospitable owner who tries his best to make you feel like home.
It is very close to the center of the town and the Mother Tereza's square.
I will definitely recomend it.

A one night stay in Pristina saw me staying at the Hotel Prima. (I'm not sure why Trip Advisor are showing it as a B&B!?)

It's located just to the North of the centre of town, a few minutes walk from the UN HQ. The hotel is a very new building, and as such looks very pleasant in a city that isn't always easy on the eye!

Check-in was very fast, and we were all shown to our rooms in no time at all. There is no lift as it's quite a small hotel but the stairs are easily manageable for most. I had a room at the back of the hotel whilst my friends had rooms at the front. All the rooms were very spacious and clean and fresh looking. Large flat screen tv with a good choice of channels along with free wi-fi throughout is very welcome. The bathroom is also a fair size, and again looks very clean and new.

There is a free breakfast available and that was a good quality, with the chef making us all fresh omelettes to go with the bread and fruit and tea/coffee.

The only downside is the noise int he mornings. At the back they are constructing some apartments so the building work starts at 8am and at the front there is some traffic noise as the hotel sits at a junction of 2 small roads. So as long as you aren't looking to lay in bed until late you'll be fine.

I'd certainly recommend this place and will have no problems going back on my next visit to Pristina.

Amazing value for money, great breakfast, newly fitted out rooms with fast free wifi throughout. The rooms are kept very clean and the beds are big and super comfy. Very friendly staff, top place! Really good price/quality ratio.

Room Tip: Choose a taxi firm and keep their number, I used BEKI cabs. Some cabbies had trouble finding the hot...

We were really delighted with this wonderful hotel. It is quite new and beautifully fitted out, the rooms were superb, lovely and warm, and the bathroom was wonderful. Had a very good night's sleep. It is a bit hidden away - the taxi driver went past it the first time, but was only 10 minutes walk from the main pedestrian street and only 5 mins from the bazaar. The owner was very friendly and helpful (although no maps of Pristina), the breakfast was huge and a cooked one. A great find in a city that is still developing - and excellent value for money.
