Stayed here for 4 nights on business. Big comfortable room with free fast wifi. Restaurant and bar good quality and very reasonably priced. Pool, sauna and gym in spa all top quality.

Hotel Merc collected me from airport and wasn't much more than a local cab!

Great spot right in centre of Pristina near bars and Restaurants.

Stayed: June 2014

its a great hotel, with very friendly and ready to help stuff, the rooms are beautiful, from mine i could see the fountain down where the kids played with the colour lights., ask for a high floor if you can but never higher than 9th floor so as to enjoy the life on the Nene Terza boulevard. Plenty of bars and places to seat and watch people in Prishtina.
the hotel is one of the nicest hotels i have seen lately, breakfast room a bit dark, but plentyfull.

Room Tip: never higher than 9 th floor

Lovely place in central Pristina. Large, warm, older style lobby, Pleasant reception. Room was clean, large, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean and had a nice, large shower. Had a balcony but it had 1/4 inch of standing water and some discarded bird wings floating about. Easy access to the local cafe's. Breakfast was good and the service was excellent. I would recommend this property of you are in Pristina.

It is like a luxury oasis in after-war city. Pristina is beautiful, actually, but nothing to see, honestly. People are friendly generally. The hotel is kinda luxury with perfect breakfast, nice staff, good rooms and strange guests. No tourists, of course. Nowhere. Except of us. You will never regret if decide to visit this small brand-new country.

Very well located In the center of Pristina, close to the major international restaurants area.
The hotel has a friendly staff in general, a good breakfast and good spa facilities!
Superior rooms are great!! Big and spacious, with great bathrooms and balcony. Regular rooms not so good in comparison to the price you pay.. smaller beds, without bathtub and without balcony.

Room Tip: Superior rooms in the 7th floor are the best. Try to get rooms next to the penthouses.
